The stainless steel ice pan has 3” of insulation all around with 7” deep insulated tankto extend cooling time.  The bar is surrounded and covered with a sneeze guard 1/4” thick clear tempered glass and 3/8” thick tilt up & down front glass.The top is made of durable plastic Corian. There are two small removable lid trays and cup dispensers on each side.  The cabinet has double door opening with one utility shelf underneath.  Type 304 stainless steel is used because of its high quality and because is easy to clean, durable, sanitary and will not rust.
