Chicken Trough
The chicken trough BSM-CTT series are designed to meet the standard ETL & NSF requirements.  The enclosed compartment is seamless welded with inside edges coved 9/16” radius.  One inch step down from the front and back to the gutter allow liquid to drain.  The gutter is 10” wide with 2” height at the far side and pitched down to 3 3/4” at the

drainage.   The frame of the compartment is supported by 6 legs connected through series of stretchers 1 5/8” diameter to ensure its stability.  With 18” height low profile style, this chicken trough ideally fits in your restaurant and it saves a lot of working space.
